Summer Fragrances

I've noticed quite a few people posting about their favourite summer fragrances, so I wanted to share with you my favourite and some new limited editions that have popped along for summer.

Coco Mademoiselle from Chanel - my all time favourite perfume. Such a lovely scent which I always buy, time and time again.

Calvin Klein - Eternity Summer. Not a bad summer fragrance, not my favourite. But it's alright as far as a summer fragrance goes!

D&G Light Blue Dreaming in Portofino. In love with this little beauty! Gorgeous, light, fresh summer scent. Hate the original light blue, but love this. Just doesn't last very long on my skin though, possibly because it's only an EDT. Also expensive at £49 for 50ml. It's exclusive to Boot too.

Marc Jacobs Limited Edition Summer Sunshine Edition Fragrances. All of these are lovely! They're all very fruity; almost like a summer cocktail of fruity freshness. Daisy and Lola are my favourites of the two. They've also been on offer recently at Boots, but this this has ended now.

Prada Candy L'Eau De Parfum is beautiful, feminine, light and delicate. But at £50 for 50ml, I think I'd rather choose a gorgeous Chanel fragrance. As nice as this is, it's a bit too light to last and stay on my skin. After 2 hours, the scent has evaporated and I'm left with nothing. So much nicer than the original Prada Candy though which is sweet, overpowering and sickly. This time, they've got it right!
